A: Vehicle repair time is determined by the intricacy of the damages. Roadside Towing & Collision will make the repair in a timely manner without compromising quality for the sake of time. Additionally, we have implemented a System that allows you to tract the progress of the repair.

Q: How can I pay for the repairs?
A: We accept insurance checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash.

Q: How do I know when my car will be ready?
A: When you schedule your repair, we will give you a tentative completion date. Please check with us 24 hours prior to completion to confirm that we are still on schedule. If we anticipate major changes to the delivery date, we will contact you.

Q: Do I have any rights as to who repairs my car?

A: You have many rights, several are specified below

You have the right to have your vehicle towed to any location that you choose.
You must notify your insurance company before repairs begin.
You do not have to go to a drive-in claims center. Your insurer must inspect the vehicle at any location you choose.
You do not need to get two or three appraisals
Your insurer must negotiate in good faith with the shop of your choice.
The registered repair shop you choose should provide an estimate of damage and assist you with the processing of your claim to ensure safe and proper repairs are made to your vehicle.
A repair shop does not have the right to speak on your behalf without first being given that Authority by you.
